You know how we have a podcast? This is the soundtrack.
We can barely describe how excited we are about this album, but here goes! Ear Snacks: Songs from the Podcast (officially releasing on September 30, 2016) is a direct result of the first season of our radical podcast - over seven hours of free content for children and their families. We spent the last year interviewing more than 60 kids and 35 adult experts, crafting original scores and a storm of genre-busting songs. Ear Snacks: Songs from the Podcast features fourteen tunes hand-picked from the radical podcast experiment, re-contextualized into an eclectic, insightful and (we hope) absurdly fun record.
Inside every CD is a 20-page SNACKTIVITY booklet that includes fun ideas for active imaginations. You can pre-order the CD and digital album (including a PDF of the SNACKTIVITY fun) exclusively from our shop. Pre-orders from our store will shop on - OR BEFORE! - September 30. Fans can also pre-order the music on iTunes (no snacktivities, though... just saying!) and receive an immediate download for "Dancing Pants," our summer single featuring Mista Cookie Jar.
